Clubs
There are many student organizations, clubs and activities available at Noble Street, with many of them offering additional elective credits to scholars. Some operate only during specific times of the year and new groups are always forming. Some of the current clubs and groups are listed below.

Debate Class
Are you outspoken? Are you a critical thinker? Or do you just love a good argument? On the Noble Street Debate Team, we will be developing our skills in critical thinking, research, public speaking, argument construction, advocacy, and conflict resolution. Students will have the opportunity to compete against other Chicago city schools in six debate tournaments.

Join professional producer and video editor, Ms. Aybar, to learn the basics of video production when creating a video from start to finish. Students will focus on production from the editor’s point of view and will touch on the process of graphic design, scripting, shooting and project managing.

Girlfriends
Want to connect with other Noble St. girls and have interesting discussions, watch DVD’s, journal, write poetry, do art projects! Here’s a group to explore what’s on your mind and find out what other Noble St. girls are thinking about.

Improvisation and Sketch Comedy
Join Mark Piebenga in exploring the world of improvisation and comedy. Students will learn to improve techniques and then put their new talents to the test in writing material for a short final performance. The class will also have a chance to attend local comedy shows as part of their studies.

Musical Theatre
Learn about the art of musical theatre with Mr. Krumwiede through live performances, films and the study of some of the classical theatre musicals of the last century.
